30 Day Return Policy
The order shipping fee is non-refundable as it's collected directly by the shipping couriers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Damaged Product
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to us. If the case is deemed valid, ShopDezor will cover any related cost to your reshipment.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
